Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned exerciser, Train wih Shain will assist you in achieving your personal fitness goals. Train with Shain uses a step by step approach to make sure that you are on the right track from day one all the way thru.Before we start any training program, we will preform a fitness assessment on you. This will give both of us a better idea, on what area you are strong in, and where you might need some improvement. A fitness assessment consists of a body composition assessment, a flexibility test, a test to measure your blood pressure and resting heart rate along with a muscular and cardiovascular endurance test.
